- Based in either Adelaide (preferred) or Sydney with a focus on Sofitel Adelaide.
- All-rounder able to manage payroll and accounts payable & receivable
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Review daily cash balance and maintain cash flow projections
- Month-end close reconciliation and financial analysis
- Prepare payroll reports and assisting department heads with payroll costs
- Assisting with budget and forecasting
- Inventory and stocktake management and reporting
- Maintain internal control procedures
- Assisting Portfolio Finance operation
What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 2 years hotel accountant experience in a hotel environment ( Hotel experiences is a must)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to produce quality output under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail, task prioritisation and time management
- Full unrestricted Australian work rights
