Aliée, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within the breathtaking Tersane Istanbul, is seeking a detail - oriented and inspiring "Assistant Executive Housekeeper" to help deliver exceptional standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury throughout the hotel.

As the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will support the Executive Housekeeper in leading daily housekeeping operations, ensuring impeccable presentation, operational excellence, and an outstanding guest experience. You will inspire and develop the team while upholding the highest luxury hospitality standards and bringing the Aliée brand promise to life through every detail.


Job Description

  • Support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing the daily housekeeping operation, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise and motivate the housekeeping team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance support.
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas consistently reflect Aliée's luxury and Forbes-level standards.
  • Coordinate daily room assignments, inspections, and operational priorities to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support the control of housekeeping supplies, linen, and amenities.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of housekeeping colleagues.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within Housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, quality standards, and luxury guest expectations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Pre - opening experience and knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards are considered an asset.
