Hôtel de 130 chambres, au pied du métro et à quelques stations de Paris
Vous aurez pour mission de seconder le directeur dans ses missions relatives à l'exploitation de l'établissement. Homme/Femme de terrain, vous managerez trois chefs de services sur lesquels vous vous appuierez pour la réalisation des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs de l'établissement et de la marque dans le respect des procédures et normes en vigueur.
En tant bras droit du directeur vous aurez principalement pour missions:
-Jouer un rôle actif dans le bon fonctionnement de l’hôtel en assurant la coordination et la supervision de toutes les opérations au quotidien
-Développer la motivation et l'adhésion de ses équipes en créant un bon climat de travail
-Favoriser le développement des compétences des collaborateurs et les accompagner dans leur évolution professionnelle
-Participer activement avec le directeur à la politique tarifaire de l'hôtel et être force de proposition sur l’évaluation de celle-ci
-Veiller au respect de l'application des procédures d'audits internes
-S'inscrire et s'engager dans une démarche RSE
-Veiller à l'application des normes de qualité et de sécurité
Vous justifiez d’une formation et/ou expérience en hôtellerie 3 ou 4 étoiles et une expérience en tant que chef de service, nous serons ravis de vous rencontrer, pour débuter notre collaboration
