 Our Digital Factory is a unique digital & innovation laboratory serving 100M+ guests and 5,500 hotels across 110 countries.

  In 2021, we created a Digital Factory to accelerate our digital transformation by always putting guests and data at the heart of everything we do.  
Now called the Digital & Business Factory, this department is responsible for designing, building and delivering innovative digital products and services for our customers, the staff who welcome them and the owners of our hotels, while generating maximum business value for the company.
Our Digital Factory serves as a laboratory for new work methodologies:

  • an innovation unit dedicated to long-term projects so we can always be at the forefront and surpass ourselves. 
  • the expertise of our intrapreneurs, 
  • the testing and learning of cutting-edge technologies through Proof of Concepts (POCs),
  • employee development through training and knowledge-sharing sessions,
  • collaborations with industry-leading partners. 
  
We adopt a continuous improvement approach to reduce the impact of digital technology on the environment in as many projects as possible.

Offer a unique Loyalty program, rewarding our guests during their stays, and beyond thanks to our wide network of partners.
Contact centers:
Offer the possibility for our guests to book any hotel, anywhere, anytime, while being a powerful revenue booster to manage direct reservation calls with an unmatched know-how on Luxury Segment.
