• Perform routine preventive maintenance for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.

• Repair and maintain electrical, plumbing, HAVC, lighting, and basic mechanical systems.

• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and technical issues.

• Conduct daily inspections to identify faults and safety hazards.

• Strong problem-solving ability

• Good communication and teamwork

• Service-minded and guest-oriented

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
