Job Description

Join Our Talent & Culture Team – Ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources and make an impact? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual to support our amazing colleagues, keep things running smoothly, and help us succeed! You’ll be the go-to person for all HR admin needs, working with systems like Dayforce, managing key tasks, and ensuring that everyone feels supported.

Your Role:

  • Be our Dayforce Guru! Assist colleagues with Dayforce and ensure seamless processes.
  • Keep HR operations running efficiently with top-notch administrative support.
  • Enter employee updates in our systems (Dayforce)
  • Track salary increases, manage union updates, and generate important reports.
  • Be the friendly face and first point of contact for HR inquiries.
  • Manage paperwork, keep things organized, and handle office supplies (keeping the HR team equipped with everything they need).
  • Get involved in HR events and monthly presentations—HR is about more than just work, it's about building a community

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Enrollment in the HRPAO certification program (planning to write your NKE? That’s a plus!).
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or Business
  • Tech-savvy with strong skills in HR systems (HRIS knowledge is a bonus!)
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with empathy and sound judgment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
