Job Description

Define, implement and drive an efficient finance controlling strategy for Astore in Europe & North Africa (ENA) and develop tools to better support management in assessing and piloting strategic decisions


Financial Planning and Analysis:
Co-Lead with Controlling director, financial planning and analysis processes for procurement activities within the ENA PME region.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
Controlling:
Produce, review and control the ENA P&L variances between AC/BU/LE figures, 
Act as a relay with accounting team to adjust P&L/submit corrections
Deliver on-time, on-quality, management reporting and insightful analysis
Communicate effectively with internal and external partners, providing clear and concise information on procurement activities and financial performance. 
Drive the financial agenda (budget, forecast and actual review) in sync with ENA FP&A and Global ENA Team
Evaluate business opportunities (profitability analysis, new business models, etc.)
Support accounting Team to seek processes harmonization, simplification and efficiency across Procurement ENA region
Procurement Strategy:
Act as the business partner to the Controlling Director and SVP Procurement ENA for any Procurement Strategic plans.  
Identify and assess any opportunity for process improvement and value creation
Lead initiatives to enhances efficiency, transparency and effectiveness of procurement activities
Align procurement strategies with overall business objectives and market conditions


Qualifications

10 years of experience in Financial Controlling

Full working proficiency in English and French

Analytical and strategical skills

Ability to work in complex and uncertain environment

Excel, PowerBi/Tableau, SQL
