Job Description

  • Elevate our brand’s presence through meaningful marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Design and deliver a diverse and detailed Marketing & Communications Plan aligned with the Sofitel brand.
  • Manage advertisements, sales presentations and initiatives for the hotel.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, utilizing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Oversee public relations activities to enhance the company’s public image.
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews with appointed agencies on campaign performance and deliverables.
  • Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales enablement materials and ensure marketing efforts align with objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Operations and Revenue, to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

What you will bring to the role:

  • Qualifications in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience in a hospitality environment, luxury advantageous.
  • Meta, GMB, community engagement, & content generation experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with a creative flair.
  • Ability to leverage customer insights to formulate an effective marketing and communications plan.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and respond to new opportunities with innovative strategies.
