Job Description

  • Assists the L&D Manager in the selection and training of department trainer
  • Ensures that all training records are maintained, filed and updated in the HRM system
  • Assists in the preparation of the annual training plan ensuring the objectives fully address the business objectives of the hotel and the training needs of the associates.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Human Resources or any related course
  • With at least  1-2 years of experience in the same field
  • Can work in a fast phase environment with minimal supervision
