Job Description

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.
  • Utilize various training methodologies (e.g., classroom, e-learning, on-the-job training) to cater to different learning styles.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness.
  • Evaluate training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest learning and development trends and technologies.
  • Provide support and coaching to employees throughout the learning process.
  • Manage the learning management system (LMS) and training records.
  • Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development roles.
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems and authoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
