Host - Breman Brasserie

We’re looking for a Host with energy, personality, and charm to join our team in Breman Brasserie. Reporting to our Events Manager you will be responsible to provide a naturally friendly, helpful and responsive level of service to all our guests, ensuring they are treated as individuals and will want to return. 

Breman Brasserie is an all-day restaurant that pays homage to the history of the iconic Lloyd building and features a menu of traditional European-meets-South American food. The bar serves classic cocktails with vibrant flavours and captivating New World wines.

In 2023 we have opened our second Hoxton in Amsterdam, this time based in the Eastern Docklands where we are lovingly taking the reins of the historic former Lloyd Hotel. This beautiful property features 136 bedrooms, including the introduction of some new rooms categories for the Hox, a large ground floor restaurant and huge outdoor terrace, a new bar and The Apartment – our unique meetings and events concept.

What you'll do...

• You're the first face our guests see, and you have your own way of treating them as individuals, making them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way.
• Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
• Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy and help our Restaurant team with any individual and group bookings.
• Answer phones, sort out requests, give recommendations - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to.
