As Food & Beverage attendant: Barista, your role will include:

• Ensuring all guests receive an exceptional, luxury dining experience
• High volume preparation of coffees, teas and other refreshments to a luxury standard
• Taking guests orders & maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a professional manner

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience as a Barista – proven ability to produce high quality coffees in a fast paced environment
• Experience adjusting and balancing grinds, working with all varieties of milk and producing basic latte art as a minimum
• Additional experience working as a Food & Beverage Attendant in both buffet and a la carte environments
• Attention to detail including consistency and cleanliness throughout shift
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Availability to work mornings on both weekdays and weekends
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations & food handling best practices
• Able to learn menu items, to connect and share with guests, and create memorable dining experiences
