• Support Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) activities for lounge operations
• Manage vendor boarding in SUN system and process invoices in Concur
• Support AR invoicing by collating data and liaise with Central Billing Team
• Perform accounting entries for AR/AP/GL/payroll/expenses claims
• Perform financial data reconciliations
• Ensure a high level of accuracy and integrity in all financial tasks
• Support audit and tax compliance processes
• Support budget, monthly and yearly financial closing process
• Support setup for financial processes / system for the lounge operations
• Support and answer queries from operation team in finance related matters

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Concur and SUN Systems is added advantage
• Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL and audit processes.
• Strong knowledge in Excel
• Knowledge of Singapore GST will be an added advantage
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in a multinational or shared services environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Able to write and communicate in English fluently.
