Organizes and supervises food preparations in line with the occupancy and consumption forecasts.
Responsible for menu planning and creation for our restaurants.
Implements the Food Safety and Sanitation/HACCP standards and policies at all times.
- Experience at least 5 years' experience as Executive Chef in similar size operation.
- Strong cooking foundation in Banqueting, Buffet and a la carte.
- Good understanding of business management, control of all cost and expenses.
