Job Description

Our Director of VIP Services is responsible for elevating the luxury experience within our resort, ensuring guest needs are not just met, but exceeded. The role is a key point of contact for guests arriving and departing the hotel, liaising with guests and fast tracking their service requirements.

You will actively;

  • Create exceptional Guest Experiences across the Resort.
  • Provide a sense of welcome and departure to all guests, mainly for VIP guests, regular guests, long stay guests, service recovery guests, Club members and members of other Accor marketing programs, and guests celebrating special occasions by maintaining a contact point to assist them during their stay.
  • Coordinate the contact of all guests prior to arrival to arrange special requirements for their upcoming stay.
  • Be conversant with daily VIP guest movements and work with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest transition and recognition.
  • Active involvement in VIP networking functions and resort events.
  • Create quality awareness and communicate quality requirements, policies and procedures to all process owners within the resort.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 5 years proven experience within a hotel/resort environment or in a similar role in an alternate industry. 
  • A passion for delivering luxury experiences with exceptional attention to detail
  • Possess a strong background in Front Office procedures and Opera PMS
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience leading a team and collaborating across teams to achieve desired outcomes.
