We are seeking a visionary and innovative Director of IT to join our dynamic organization in Istanbul, Türkiye. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our IT strategy, overseeing all technology operations, and driving digital transformation initiatives across the company.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and IT systems through robust cybersecurity measures
• Manage the IT budget and allocate resources effectively to support organizational goals
• Collaborate with other department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance business processes and productivity
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain the company's competitive edge
• Develop and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and service providers
• Establish IT policies, standards, and best practices across the organization
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT management roles, with a proven track record of successful leadership
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and emerging technologies
• Excellent project management skills, including experience with large-scale IT implementations
• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term IT strategies aligned with business objectives
• Strong financial acumen, including experience in budget management and cost optimization
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills
• Experience with IT governance frameworks and best practices (e.g., ITIL, COBIT)
• Fluency in English required; knowledge of Turkish is a plus
