We are excited to announce a newly created, high-impact role for a hands-on Culinary Services Manager to lead our kitchen and Food & Beverage teams. This dynamic position requires a passionate leader who will collaborate closely with the General Manager to drive the guest experience across restaurant, bar service, room service, and conferencing operations, all while maximizing profitability within budget guidelines.
You'll be deeply involved in every aspect of food preparation, menu creation, and maintaining the highest culinary standards, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Your leadership will empower the team to deliver outstanding service and create a positive, productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design innovative menus in line with brand standards and specifications.
- Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Exceed guest expectations by providing consistent, high-quality cuisine.
- Maintain food standards, hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and high performance.
- Contribute to cost control and inventory management, including regular stock takes.
