Located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, our beautiful and vibrant Birdie is looking for a talented culinary enthusiast to join us as a Chef de Partie.

Experience in a venue and or hotel environment is desirable and leadership experience essential.
- Trade qualification and experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Excellent technical knowledge with experience in a variety of cooking techniques and styles.
- Demonstrated experience leading staff.
- Exemplary communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards.
