Reporting to the Outlet Maitre'd, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide friendly and engaging service to guests
• Assist guests with beverage menu items in an informative and helpful manner
• Mix drinks and maintain beverage stock levels according to guidelines
• Have a thorough knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
• Be familiar with all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods
• Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous serving or bartending experience in a high volume, fine dining/upscale restaurant or lounge required, 2-3 years minimum.
• Certification in Bartending an asset
• TIPS Certification Required
• Strong classic cocktails knowledge
• Service oriented, team player, flexible in high paced environment and able to handle pressure with grace.
• Must be able to complete all physical aspects of the job without restriction, i.e. Lift 25+ lbs at a time, stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Previous point of sale system experience an asset

Schedules:  Mix of day shifts, evenings shifts, Weekends and Holidays. 

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):        

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling
