Job Description

- Professional in Corporate & MICE market.

- To promote the hotel in his/her assigned area/territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company to update with the market.

- Maximize up selling opportunities by proposing additional events and activities suitable and complimenting to the MICE booking.

- Develop and maintain good relationships with officials and representatives of local community groups and companies, and attend out-of-town conventions and trade shows, to promote new business and increase sales for the hotel.

- Actively participate in forecasting and goal setting. Participate in the annual budget process, and development of sales and marketing plans.


Qualifications

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.

- May coordinate business group activities at the hotel and work closely with other departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients.

- Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Word and Excel.

- Experience in Opera.

- Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.

- Able to manage work systematically, well organized.
