What you will be doing:

• Performing massage & body services within the standards of Swissôtel
• Guest Relations
• Upsell
• Welcoming & Farewell 
• Ensuring that the treatment and back of house areas are clean and well maintained in all times

Treatment Standards & Operations

• Perform all treatments at an exceptional standard, as per Swissôtel protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the client’s specific needs.
• Protect the guest experience by moving quietly around the treatment room and in corridors.
• Use the correct quantities of products as specified by the manufacturer and not exceed that amount.
• Maintain linen and product levels in the treatment rooms, ensuring trolleys are stocked, clean and organized as per the Spa standards.
• Follow treatment room opening and closing procedures correctly, reporting any maintenance issues to Director of Spa & Wellness.

Spa & Sales

• Encourage clients to return to the Spa by recommending an ongoing treatment programme.  Maintain a sound knowledge of all treatments, packages and any promotions.
• Participate in demonstrations/ events as required.

Educational Requirements

• Recognized certification by the government

Language Requirements

• Fluent in oral and written Turkish and English

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist

Physical Requirements:

• Able to perform long hour treatments and be able to support operational tasks
