Job Description

You will work closely to Midscale Transversal Project Senior Manager ENA and VP Midscale Marketing ENA. Your mission will be to help coordinate different projects in coordination with your Superior and other stakeholders such as e.g.: ENA Brand Leaders, the multi brands Regional Leader and the other Transversal & Strategic Project Leaders (on Eco & Premium Hotel Segment).
Your key tasks will be to:

  • Coordinate network analysis (including Modernity tracking follow-up, overseeing Deep-dive auditing and Brand Essential processes. 
  • Support in CSR implementation across midscale segment
  • Accompany the segment VP & Transversal Senior Manager in the organization of team activities (team meetings, creation/ consolidation of presentation decks, consolidation of the team feedback)
  • Support of the Midscale team on their brand projects
     

Qualifications

  • Minimum during a Bachelor’s degree studies related with marketing, communication, marketing management, commercial strategies
  • Good command of English (min. B2), Fluent in Polish, French is a plus
  • Strong self and work organization skills
  • Good time management
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a complex environment
  • Team player, open-minded, flexible, passionate
  • Digital savviness, advanced command of MS Office 
  • Engaged enthusiast, solution finder
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Synthesis capacity  
  • Professional experience in Marketing or Project Management would be an adventage
