Job Description

  • Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously
  • Assist guests with international calls and directory queries. Address guests by name whenever possible
  • Handle guests requests promptly, report complaints and irregularities to the Telephone Supervisor
  • Strictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, bomb scare and other critical situations
  • Be aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers
  • Reveiving and posting all guest correspondences, items when requiered
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, outlets and hotel services/features
  • Good knowledge of the softwares Material Control (MC), Cadena shift assignment. Key in the Cadena working shift for all Front desk’s staffs. Create a request/purchase when requiered
  • Filling Registration Card to guest folio after completed declairation. Ensure that there no lost of any them
  • Be fully conversant with hotel fire & life safety/emergency procedures
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
  • Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel

Qualifications

  • Minimum College education
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language. Fluently Vietnamese
  • Good communication and customer contact skills
  • Service oriented with an eye for details
  • Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
