Novotel Amsterdam City has 610 rooms, meaning that more than 1,300 guests stay at the hotel daily. The Front Office ensures that every guest has an unforgettable experience, from check-in to check-out. The Front Office consists of approximately 25 colleagues, including the Manager, 3 Supervisors, 20 Team Members, and possibly you as the Front Office Supervisor. 

NOTE: We cannot provide visa nor accommodation. Make sure to only apply when you are already residing in the Netherlands.

Who are you?

Are you a student that would love to work in the restaurant of a thriving hotel environment but your schedule does not allow you to work many days? We at Novotel Amsterdam City understand that studying is time consuming and offer students the opportunity to work only a few days per month if necessary. What are you going to do?

Together with a large team of great colleagues you will be responsible for our evening guests and provide them with the best restaurant service. In the evening shift our restaurant can serve up to 200 guests. You and your team make sure that all these guests have a memorable experience. For this position you will be both working in the restaurant as a waiter, as well as working behind the bar preparing where you will prepare the most delicious cocktails!
