- To manage F&B operation breakages report control ( Monthly )
- Receiving all operating equipment and update on inventory list.
- Monthly distribution of outlets breakages form
- Tidy up B2 store equipment and upkeep inventory to date
- Distribution of operating equipment to all outlet ( On loan / permanent issuing )
- Work closely with RCCC stewarding Manager to up keep inventory control RCCC Equipment.
- All new purchase equipment to be updated into inventory list and update breakages form.
- Support Stewarding operation as needed.
- Experience required
- Able to operate computer system well (Microsoft Office)
- Good administrative skills
- Hardworking
- Basic knowledge of stewarding operating equipment
- Able to perform weekend duties
