This position is responsible for the overall operations and team of the Spa, Fitness Centre and Swimming Pool to optimize guest satisfaction as well as to ensure that all productivity and expense controls are followed and all revenue opportunities are capitalized upon.

Your experience and skills include;

• Experience in the luxury or upscale segment is preferred
• Strong guest relations organizational skills
• Knowledge of driving revenue and ensuring maximum efficiency of the booking channels
• Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Word
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar in a similar capacity
