- Shape and embed the hotel’s culture, values and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure accurate payroll administration in line with legal and Accor requirements.
- Drive talent development, learning and succession planning, supporting internal growth and career progression.
- Strong HR / People & Culture background, ideally within hospitality or a service‑driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Passionate about people, culture and creating great place to work.
- Proficiency in spoken Thai is essentials.
