      Job Description

      Sales Manager (Corporate & MICE)

      The Sales Manager (Corporate & MICE) is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth from the corporate and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and event organizers, negotiating and finalizing sales agreements, and ensuring the successful execution of events. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the team to create tailored proposals and promotional campaigns, representing the hotel at industry events to increase brand visibility.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales plans to maximize revenue from Corporate and MICE segments. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies.
      • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, event organizers, and agencies. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
      • Revenue Generation: Track and report on sales performance, offering insights and recommendations.
      • Event Coordination: Collaborate with events and operations teams for seamless MICE event execution.
      • Promotion and Marketing: Develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
      • Team Collaboration: Align sales strategies and goals with the sales team and other departments.


      • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
      • Experience: Requires 3-5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in Corporate and MICE segments. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
      • Skills: Proficient in communication, negotiation, and presentation. Strong organizational and time management skills. Competent in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Capable of both independent work and collaboration within a team.
      • Personal Attributes: Results-oriented with a proactive sales approach. Exhibits high professionalism and customer-centricity. Thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
