As a RPA Technical Delivery manager, specializing in RPA (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate), your primary mission is to ensure successful implementation and delivery of RPA Projects. You will lead efforts to design, implement and manage robust RPA solutions with quality in mind. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will enhance our customer’s automation portfolio.

• To support the RPA Tech Lead in managing and resolving technical challenges, ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of RPA Solutions..
• Manage all new automation projects in accordance with the agreed delivery methodology to achieve a consistently high standards of solution based on requirements.
• Provide escalation point for the effective removal of blockers and escalations at all levels across the delivery portfolio.
• Drives a quality culture by example, encouraging quality practices in others.
• Contributes to the identification/prioritization of solution through analysis and discussions.
• Engage with cross-functional delivery partners to ensure automation standards of delivery and best practice are embedded across the automation team.
• Supervise the overall health & performance of the Virtual machines

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related filed
•  At least 5+ years of experience in RPA related technology
• Proven track record of project delivery
• Certified PM and/or SM
• Experience in development using RPA solution
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues with UiPath.
• Strong knowledge of RPA and the ability to develop effective strategy to ensure quality.
• Familiarity with Software development best practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively support and educate users on RPA practices.
• Strong analytical skills and well organizational
• Strong communication in English and good stakeholder management
• Experience working in multi-cultural environment

• This role is based in Bangkok office and collaboration with Global teams
