Job Description

  • Supervise daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring efficient handling of inquiries, bookings, and cancellations.
  • Train, mentor, and support reservation agents to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor reservation systems and ensure accuracy of inventory, rates, and availability across all distribution channels.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize revenue opportunities and improve overall guest experience.


  • Previous experience in a reservations or front office role, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and supervise a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues professionally.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
