Job Description

We are looking for a FUN, PASSIONATE & EXTROVERTED Reservations Agent who wants to join our fantastic team at Pullman London St Pancras hotel.

As a Reservations Agent, you will:

  • Ensure that reservations are dealt with effectively and carry out room merchandising to maximize room revenue
  • Ensure that all reservation calls are dealt with in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Check all correspondence in connection with reservations and deal with it accordingly
  • Run all appropriate reports connected with rooms as laid down in the Reservations Manual and distribute to the appropriate Managers
  • Have excellent organisational and administration skills

We are a 4 star property with 312 bedrooms, 17 meeting and conference facilities including the 446 seated Shaw Theatre and GA KingsX Bar & Restaurant.  

Salary: £28,899 per annum

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.


Qualifications

  • Previous Front Office or Reservations experience is essential
  • Knowledge of Opera cloud software
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
