Job Description

•Responsible for handling incoming calls to the reservations department in a professional, efficient,friendly manner. 
•The primary tasks of this person will be to answer the phone within 3 rings utilizing the appropriate greeting and following the reservations script in handling the guest inquiry for hotel space.
•Responsible for keeping accurate records of all paper transactions and will be responsible for handling advance deposits and keeping accurate records of all advance deposit. 
•Upselling the property where at all possible.
•Being constantly aware and in touch with forecasted occupancies for the future.
•Being aware of group block bookings or allotments which may or may not have been utilised.
•Responsible for ensuring that every reservation contains the correct and applicable information. This will alleviate guest concerns during the check in and check out procedure. 


Qualifications

•At least 1-2 years experience in Sales Department or in related field
•Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers.
•Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Word and Excel 
•Working knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
•Be friendly, customer centric, smile and able to work in a team environment.

•Bachelor degree, Relevant degree, in business development or other relevant business field, from an academic institution.
•Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.
•Able to manage work systematically, well organized.
