Job Description

  • Dealing with all incoming reservations​

  • Upselling outlets​

  • Cross checking OTA bookings to ensure correct information is input in Opera​

  • Dealing with room blocks, groups and tours​

  • Maximizing departmental revenue opportunities​

  • Preparing reservations to ensure a smooth run of the reception tasks


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel environment​

  • Opera Cloud knowledge is essential​

  • ResaWeb knowledge is fundamental​

  • Previous experience in a Accor hotel is a plus


Additional Information

Hours :Part time 16 Hours per week

 

Flexibility: Saturdays & Sundays Only

 

Job start Date: To be confirmed 

 

Skills: Opera Cloud, Leadership, Able to handle complex situations and guest queries, working under pressure, dealing with complaints, managing delayed flights, Assisting other departments as needed, H&S awareness, Fire Marshall and First Aid will be an advantage etc.
