Job Description

  • Handling reservations inquiries and requests with the highest level of professionalism and customer service
  • Efficiently and promptly establishing the correspondence service to guest inquiries.
  • Ensure that the guests’ information is accurately processed on a timely manner.
  • Full knowledge of the hotel facilities and activities.
  • Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and able to resolve guest complaints and to establish an amicable relation with clients and customers of the hotel.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Results and service oriented with an eye for details
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
