Some of your duties will include:

• Prepare, paint & maintain building structures and hotel facilities
• Use techniques and tools including, but not limited to, measuring surfaces, mixing paint, matching paint and using brushes, rollers and spray-guns.
• Maintain and repair caulked, grouted, wood and masonry surfaces requiring staining, varnishing and lacquering
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained and in good working order
• Ensure deadlines are met and record all tasks performed, both complete and incomplete
• Ensure safe manual handling techniques and safe work habits are practiced

• Knowledge of paint, varnish, stain, enamels, lacquers, wall coverings, masonry work and other related products.
• Knowledge on the application and mixing procedures of such products. 
• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools
• Previous experience working in hotel setting is desirable (not mandatory)
