Job Description

As a Front Office Night receptionist, you bear an enormous responsibility, as you sometimes have to dare to make decisions during the night shift regarding the safety of the guests and the building.


Your activities include:

Welcoming and checking in and out of guests;

taking and processing walk-in reservations and taking and processing reservations via telephone and e-mail;

Solving problems and complaints;

Answering the phone;

Closing the day in the system and the associated administration;

Ensure the safety of all guests and colleagues;

Doing duty rounds

Supporting and conducting the night audit in Opera yourself.

Generating the night reports.


We are looking for someone with the following profile:


HBO or MBO work and thinking level;

The motivation to work hard and the right mentality to do it with a smile;

Clear and effective in speech and writing;

Good knowledge of the English language;

Is oriented towards guests and colleagues;

Takes responsibility and is not afraid to make decisions;

A minimum of 1 year of affinity with the night shift in the hotel industry is required.

Minimum 1 year work experience with Opera Cloud is preferential
