Job Description

Night Auditor - Sofitel London St James

As a Night Auditor, you will take care of the guests during the most important moment of their stay and ensure they have a memorable and restful experience with us.

What you will be doing:

  • Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
  • Take initiative to create a personalised and memorable experience to our guest journey
  • Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
  • Assist Night Manager in processing Night Audit

Your team and working environment:

  • The Front Office team is at the heart of the hotel life, giving you the opportunity to work with international teams with different backgrounds and personalities.
  • You will find a strong united team that will welcome any new ideas you will bring

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Fluency in Excel
