Job Description

 We are growing our marketing team with the introduction of a Marketing Manager role to plan, deliver and manage our marketing communications across multiple channels.

Success will look like increased brand awareness, increasing new guest acquisition, frequency of visit and overall group revenue. As our Marketing Manager you will be responsible for: 

  • Being involved in the marketing strategy planning and delivery
  • Managing our brand and brand guidelines correctly
  • Understanding the market opportunity using resources available such Meta, Banking Data, Sales/Product data and our CRM
  • Coordinating and promoting special events, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance the venue's visibility in the community.
  • Mapping out our campaigns creating a channel plan with messaging and storyboards to ensure efficient production shoots and a cohesive impactful campaign.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a hospitality marketing role
  • Confidence in traditional and digital marketing
  • Creative eye
  • Analytical with data and budgets
  • Use of Google suite preferred
  • Use of SKED and Planoly social, Monday project management, Mr YUM CRM and Canva design
  • Indesign skills preferred
  • Stakeholder management
  • Creative brief writing
  • Copywriting for emails, social captions, and some ads
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and other media ad management
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
