Reporting to the Director of Engineering, Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• To maintain and repair various pieces of laundry equipment.
• Complete all PMs and maintain proper records
• Adhere to all OSHA regulations
• May be required to work in other areas such as kitchens or HVAC or where needed
• Mechanical or PLC experience preferred
• Electrical and/or automation troubleshooting skills
• Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
• Follow all safety policies
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous experience in a Maintenance role required
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications not required but helpful
• Must have electrical, plumbing and basic maintenance skills
• Must be able to read, write, speak English fluently
