Job Description

Summary:

We’re on the lookout for a People & Development Manager to join our team at DELANO Dubai a blend of timeless elegance, modern design, and vibrant energy. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you’ll be the driving force behind our property’s success, embodying the chic and sophisticated Delano brand culture with a dash of convivial energy and style.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead the onboarding and training programs that level up our team’s skills and spirit.
  • Get creative with engagement strategies to create a workplace where everyone thrives.
  • Design and create learning and development initiatives that match our commitment to excellence.
  • Rock performance reviews and talent development to keep our team at the top of their game.
  • Jam with department heads to fine-tune operations and boost team mojo.
  • Be the voice of our brand values through top-notch leadership and constant improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a cool related field; Master’s degree is icing on the cake.
  • Experience in People & Development, especially in the swanky world of luxury hotels or high-end fashion brands.
  • Killer leadership skills that prove you’re the guru of organizational change and employee growth.
  • Data wizardry to crunch numbers and tweak strategies for maximum impact.
  • Mad communication skills to hype up and connect with teams at every level.
  • Tech-savvy with HRIS systems and all the latest learning platforms.
  • A passion for hospitality that shines brighter than the Vegas Strip.
