It is important that you are currently enrolled in one of the Dutch Hogeschools or Universities with an interest in talent development, leadership and learning with great organisational talent.

For the Talent & Culture department at the Support Office of AccorHotels the Netherlands at Schiphol Airport, we are looking for a Learning and Learning & Development intern. You will be part of the Europe Northern Africa Leadership & Design team. The team members are based in the UK, Germany and the Netherlands.

What does the position entail?

During your internship as Learning and Talent Development intern, no day is the same! Let’s list some of your to do’s:

• Coordinate the learning offer for BeNeLux; plan venues, check out if we have enough registrations.
• Promote the learning offer with the hotels, evaluation the learning outcome and make recommendations.
• Assist the team in designing new learning content in various categories.
• Coordinate different project roll-outs and training transfers.

We are happy to welcome you on-board, and as this is a new intern position you are free to give it your personal touch and make sure you develop yourself. The internship is full-time, you will work on weekdays during office hours. We're committed to creating an excellent, fun work environment for you at our Schiphol Oost office. Since our team is spread across various countries, we'll keep the collaboration alive through frequent virtual meetings. Furthermore, embracing the flexibility with our hybrid working model, you can also choose to spend 2-3 days working from the comfort of your home or in one of our stunning brand hotels. Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern who is currently enrolled in one of the Dutch Hogeschools or Universities. In addition to your studies, preferably you have work experience in the hotel industry (not a must) and the guest is central to you. Your friends describe you as someone who is good at organizing and planning. You enjoy supporting others and are passionate about learning. Furthermore, it is important that you are available for at least 8 months.
