• Develop and implement comprehensive landscape plans and designs.
• Oversee landscape installation and construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
• Manage and supervise landscape maintenance crews, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Procure and manage landscape materials, equipment, and resources.
• Develop and implement sustainable landscaping practices.
• Manage landscape budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with local landscaping regulations and permits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in landscape management and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of plant materials, soil conditions, and irrigation systems.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in landscape design software (if applicable).
