The Strategic IT Sourcing and Contracts Manager is responsible for enhancing the service quality of Accor's operational teams by maximizing the value of key partners/suppliers and proactively managing the partner while contributing to value creation for Accor stakeholders.

Your Mission:

  • Ensure performance and service quality with optimized Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and provide the most suitable model.
  • Manage key and strategic suppliers, particularly on all deliverables and operational commitments.
  • Manage the portfolio of key service providers for the group (ITC, Atos, Accenture, etc.). Identify sourcing opportunities and improvement possibilities. Contribute to major projects by defining the best sourcing model.
  • Develop best practices and continuous improvement with partners for the benefit of the entire supplier portfolio, generating industrialization mechanisms.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle process of strategic contracts.
  • Contribute to decision-making for service quality improvement.
  • Monitor operational and financial KPIs.

Qualifications

And you :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in IT services or consulting, with a solid understanding of costs and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain trusted relationships with all internal clients of the IT department.
  • Previous experience in managing outsourcing and offshoring projects would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong ability to interact effectively with management.
  • Experience in a multicultural and international environment.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated profil, capable of successfully navigating the complex field of strategic sourcing and contract management in the IT sector.

Fluency in both French and English is required, with the ability to work proficiently in both languages.
