To further strengthen our IT department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Technology Solutions Manager for Belgium/Netherlands. (CTS Manager)


Job Description

Our candidate will work in the Technical department. The main scope of responsibility is to own multiple customer relationships with key responsibilities of ensuring customer satisfaction and technology growth, along with building long-term partnerships with Accor Group. 

Our candidate will:

  • manage the field services resources
  • support the CTS team in achieving targets
  • build and empower a strong team of Field services through effective guidance and support in handling difficult or complex situations. 
  • assist in preparing Hotel Budget guidelines to present to owners
  • ensure of the delivery of the Field services
  • ensure of the satisfaction of the clients following on F intervention
  • provide KPI's and Dashboard
  • lead projects within the Region and coordinate with the PM their execution
  • be responsible for the Tech recruitment, talent development and performance management of field service positions withe the Area CTS team, including performance reviews of field services 
  • be responsible for setting an effective training strategy for the Hotel Tech team
  • oversee or assist with the implementation of Accor tech initiatives at a hotel level. 
  • ensure compliance with Corporate and industry standards guidelines and requirements e.g. PCI, DSS, IT Audit, GDPR etc..
  • review and approve the new Accor Tech Policies and Guidelines before they are applied to the hotels such as user rights, security policy, backup policy, preventive maintenance, contingency plan, ect..
  • ensure that the Tech business continuity plan is well defined and communicated to the hotels.

Qualifications

  • good knowledge of Network/Firewall 
  • knowledge of Project Management is a +
  • good technical basis 
  • languages: English - Dutch - French
  • sales minded
  • good communication skills
  • teamplayer

Additional Information

  • hybrid working 
  • background in helpdesk or servicedesk is ideal
  • min 3 years of experience
