Job Description

Within the Global Quality & Guest Experience Team for La Maison (Sofitel Legend, Sofitel & MGallery), reporting directly to the Director Quality & Guest Experience, you will assist in building, developing and improving a guest-centric approach to Quality & Guest Experience for our 3 brands worldwide, leading to increased Guest Engagement.

In an international environment, you will manage your time well to contribute daily to the success of the team and La Maison, on the following (but not limited to) tasks:

  • Update the Quality Month end Performance Report for La Maison
  • Follow-up on Hotel Quality Scores and track action plans accordingly
  • Prepare additional reports if required (Wellness, Brand, CSR, Loyalty, F&B)
  • Assist in the review and update of Brand Standards
  • Assist on roll-out of new Guest Experience tools for La Maison brands with the purpose to help hotels to monitor their quality performance
  • Participate in the creation of Focus of the month and collection of Best practices
  • Organize and assist to prepare Webinars with our Hotel Guest Experience Relays (bi-monthly)
  • Assist in the animation of the Cousu Main & Mgallery Magic Competition
  • Assist both VP and Director quality and guest experience on ad hoc projects (contests, roll out of new enablers, additional surveys…)

 

You will work closely with the Hotel Performance and Global Marketing Teams La Maison as well as with our 242 hotels Worldwide, other Accor Transversal teams and external partners (suppliers…).


Qualifications

Level of Studies:                  BAC+4 / +5  

Field of Studies:                   Hospitality/Marketing/Luxury/Customer Experience

Professional Experience:     A first internship in the hospitality industry would be ideal

Languages:                          French & English (fluent)
