Job Description

We are looking for a passionate talent with former HR Manager experience who will oversee and drive from HR point of view the successful opening of Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně Resort hotel;  a newly constructed 5-star hotel with 125 hotel rooms and suites. The amazing new built hotel is set to open in March 2025, operated under Swissôtel brand via Hotel Management Agreement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate full cycle recruitment from acquisition to candidate onboarding;​
  • Participate in Career Fairs on site and at professional schools;​
  • Oversee HR Data while entering new hires, promotions, transfers and terminations;​
  • Handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork, promotion and new joiner welcome packs;​
  • Participate in development of Local SOPs and other internal guidelines and handbooks;​
  • Maintain confidential filling system for employees and candidates;​
  • Manage all payroll processes;
  • Train and assist Department Heads with the processing of Time & Attendance and Payroll

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years as an HR Manager​
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and other office programs at upper intermediate level is required;​
  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism in a highly confidential environment and to deal with all colleagues with tact, diplomacy and warmth.
  • Fluent in English
