As a Houseman at Delano Dubai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our luxurious environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Facility Maintenance: Assist in the upkeep and cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces, ensuring a pristine environment for guests and staff.
• Room Preparation: Support the housekeeping team by preparing and stocking rooms and service areas with necessary supplies and equipment, ensuring efficiency and readiness.
• Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously, enhancing their overall experience.
• Support Team Coordination: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and address any issues that arise.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for both guests and staff.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock is available at all times.

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations.
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
