• Manage room attendant teams to clean guest rooms
• Cleaning and checking rooms checking on standards 
• Monitor guest feedback by addressing guest service issues and complaints
• Training, Development and Mentoring of staff
• Motivate and Coordinate the Housekeeping Team to achieve department objectives
• Maintaining a good working relationship with all departments

• Experience in hotel housekeeping
• Leadership experience, the ability to lead by example, and be hands-on 
• Excellent communication skills
• Punctual, organised and trustworthy 
• Physically fit to carry out housekeeping tasks
• Basic computer literacy is preferred 
• Flexibility to work full-time on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Hold NZ citizenship or permanent residency 

The Novotel Rotorua Lakeside and ibis Rotorua Lakeside it’s a dual  branded complex hotel with 344 rooms located in central Rotorua.

Our  two hotels include,  Atlas Café & Restaurant and Clarkes Bar, ibis restaurant. 10 conference/Banquet rooms and InBalance Fitness Centre
