• Oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staffing, scheduling, and task assignments.
• Ensures guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
• Conducts regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality control.
• Manages housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develops and implements cleaning procedures and schedules.
• Controls inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Handles guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepares and manages the housekeeping department budget.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
