Job Description

Housekeeping Manager:

  • To manage the hotel to provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that is consistent with the Accor Group standard Policies & Procedures in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Strive to achieve optimum operating results while providing guests with the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the Housekeeping department and ensure all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
  • Maximize rooms revenue through participating in yield management meetings and implementing supporting agreed upon Revenue Management strategies and practices
  • Any matter which may affect the interests of the hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience of which at least 1 to 2 years in similar role in an international environment.
  • Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge.
  • Strong customer focused & relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; analytical and reasoning skills; well versed with problem solving techniques
  • Strong process orientation; leadership abilities and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial skills, thinks out of the box
  • Able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies/synergies across the network
  • Go-getter; comfortable taking ownership of projects and expanding scope of responsibilities.
  • Dynamic and result oriented
